    Great interview. But please next time get a decent phone so she doesn't sound like she's talking thru a pillow.

    I had commented before your videos do not play in a full window in IE 8, and the controls at the lower right are inaccessible.

    I see today, if one right-clicks in the video pane, the first option is "copy video URL" and that right there solves that problem, as one can then copy and paste the URL to a new tab and get the full YouTube pane.
